A peer tutoring platform that cuts the typical 24 to 48 hour wait for academic help down to minutes through course-specific forums. Designed through an iterative, human-centered process starting with user research into how students actually seek help, followed by five prototype rounds, from paper sketches to a medium-fidelity Figma mockup to three high-fidelity builds. Each version was tested with real users (31 participants total), with feedback directly shaping the next iteration.
